BJP National President Nitin Nabin on Monday visited Puri Srimandir to seek darshan of Lord Jagannath, the sibling deities, and the blessings of Lord Sudarshan. The visit was part of his two-day tour in Odisha, combining spiritual reflection with strategic planning for the party.

Nabin was accompanied by Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Deputy CM Pravati Parida, Odisha BJP President Manmohan Samal, and Puri MP Sambit Patra. Entering the Srimandir through the Singhadwara, Nabin’s visit was conducted under tight security. 

Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan also paid his respects at the temple during the day. During his hour-long stay, Nabin focused on spiritual introspection and reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening the party’s core values while drawing inspiration from the divine.

“Jay Jagannath to everyone! It was my good fortune to seek the blessings of Lord Jagannath. After the West Bengal elections, receiving the Lord’s blessings holds special significance for us. I sincerely hope Lord Jagannath’s blessings reach every citizen. Along with CM Mohan Majhi, we pray for peace, prosperity, and happiness for all the people of Odisha,” said BJP National President Nitin Nabin.

Earlier in the day, Nabin visited Jatani in Khordha district to conduct a party training camp. He shared success mantras, outlined key priorities for party workers, and emphasized the importance of balancing leadership responsibilities with grassroots participation. Discussions also centered on ensuring that party workers remain engaged while government initiatives effectively reach the public and address their concerns.

Nabin further participated in a core committee meeting, setting the stage for in-depth discussions with BJP MPs and MLAs at the party headquarters following his temple visit. His itinerary highlights a careful blend of spiritual grounding and organizational strategy, reflecting his commitment to both faith and political leadership while reinforcing BJP’s organizational framework in Odisha.
