The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Friday announced that the re-examination for NEET (UG) 2026 will be conducted on June 21, 2026.

According to the announcement made by NTA, the decision has been taken with the approval of the Government of India.

Re-Examination Scheduled For June 21

In an official statement shared through its social media handle, the NTA stated, “NEET (UG) 2026 – Examination Date Announced. The National Testing Agency, with the approval of the Government of India, has scheduled the re-examination of NEET (UG) 2026 on Sunday, 21 June 2026.”

The agency, however, did not provide additional details regarding the re-examination in the announcement.

Candidates Asked To Rely On Official Sources

The NTA has advised candidates and parents to depend only on official communication channels for updates related to the examination.

“Candidates and parents are requested to rely only on the official channels of NTA,” the agency stated.
