Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has been unusually vocal on social media in recent days. After his cryptic “alone and lonely” posts left fans worried, the actor once again grabbed attention with a strongly-worded message aimed at paparazzi culture.

Salman Khan Fumes Over Paparazzi Behaviour Near Hospital
The latest reaction came after a video of Salman losing his temper outside Mumbai’s Hinduja Hospital surfaced online. In the viral clip, the actor appeared visibly irritated while confronting photographers gathered outside the hospital premises.
Soon after the incident triggered widespread debate online, Salman shared a series of emotional Instagram posts expressing anger over photographers allegedly chasing him and shouting for attention while he was leaving the hospital.
‘Don’t enjoy someone’s pain’
Reacting to the incident, Salman wrote in one of his posts, “If I see any press at a hospital enjoying my pain. The press that I have stood for interacted with taken care made sure that they also earn their bread n butter less.”
In another strongly-worded note, he added, “But if they wanna make money from my losses…. keep quiet don’t enjoy.bhai bhai bhai matrabhumi picture ki maaa ki aankh, pic imp hai ya life.”
The actor further vented his frustration in a third post, writing, “Aise main sau jala doonga.Bhai k ek bhai k dukh par agli baar try kar lena mere sath.Buss try kar lena. Jab bhi tumhara koi hospital mai hoga kya mai aisa react karoonga ?”

His final message carried a warning tone as Salman stated, “Saath saal ka ho gaya hoon lekin ladna nahiin bhoola yeh yaad rakh lena, jail mein dalo ge haaa haaa.”
The posts quickly went viral, with fans flooding the comments section with messages of support and concern for the actor.
Viral Video Fuels Online Debate
Earlier, several clips from outside Hinduja Hospital had circulated online showing Salman visibly upset with photographers. Reports suggest photographers initially spotted the actor when his car halted at a traffic signal and later followed him to the hospital.
As Salman Khan exited the premises, some photographers allegedly shouted “bhai bhai” repeatedly to catch his attention. The actor reportedly asked them to maintain silence around the hospital area and questioned how they would feel if one of their own family members were admitted inside.
