CHSE Plus 2 Results 2026: Odisha’s Madhumita Sahu achieves impressive 99.96%, sets eyes on Civil Services

Scoring high marks requires discipline, consistency, and focus, and Madhumita Sahu has it all. A student of a residential college, Madhumita has achieved an extraordinary 99.96% (598 out of 600) in the recently announced CHSE Plus II Board exams, proving that nothing is impossible when hard work and consistent effort come together.

Speaking exclusively to OTV, Madhumita reflected that self-study was key to her success. She even studied on Sundays, skipping leisure activities to stay ahead of her peers. While most students use Sundays to relax amid their hectic schedules, Madhumita made every day count. Her disciplined approach and advanced preparation contributed significantly to her exceptional result.

“I have scored 598 out of 600, which is 99.96%. I am very happy as I achieved my expected marks. I worked hard, including a lot of self-study after classes on Sundays. I give credit to my parents, Lord Jagannath, Shakti sir, Manjushree madam and all my teachers. I will now pursue +3 Arts and later prepare for Civil Services, aiming for the UPSC,” Madhumita said.

Recognition from Mentors and Inspiration for Students

Chairman Shakti Behera of Shakti Higher Secondary School praised Madhumita’s brilliance, and said, “This year’s results are outstanding. Madhumita completed two years’ course in advance during her first year, finishing both 11th and 12th grades. In her second year, she prepared for higher studies, and this result reflects her sharpness and dedication.”

Madhumita’s achievement sends a clear message to students: keep pushing yourself, remain consistent, and think ahead. Today it is Madhumita’s success, tomorrow, it could be yours.
