OTET exam rescheduled to June 28; admit cards to be available from June 17

The Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) has been officially rescheduled, with the examination date now shifted from June 21 to June 28, according to a notification issued by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha.

The board informed that candidates who were earlier preparing for the examination on June 21 will now appear for the test one week later, as per the revised schedule. Officials clarified that apart from the change in date, all other examination arrangements will remain unchanged.

As per the updated timetable, OTET Paper-I will be conducted in the morning session from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, while Paper-II will be held in the afternoon session from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM on the same day. Both papers will follow the existing examination pattern as prescribed by the board.

The BSE has further announced that admit cards for the OTET examination will be made available online from June 17. Candidates will be able to download their hall tickets from the official BSE Odisha website by entering their required login credentials. The board has advised all applicants to carefully verify the details mentioned on their admit cards after downloading them.

Candidates have been urged to regularly visit the official website of BSE Odisha for any further updates, instructions, or notifications related to the examination process. They have also been advised to follow all guidelines issued by the board to ensure a smooth examination experience.

The OTET is a key eligibility examination for aspiring teachers in the state of Odisha, and the revised schedule is expected to provide candidates with additional time to strengthen their preparation ahead of the test.
