In a shocking turn of events, a minor girl was allegedly abducted and ‘gang-raped’ by 3 men atop a hill in Odisha’s Titilagarh. The shocking incident unfolded on Monday when a group of 3 men first abducted the minor, gang-raped her, and spent the whole night near the hill with the victim. 

According to reports, the minor victim was rescued after locals spotted her today at around 11 AM on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the identity of the minor and the accused men is yet to be established. 

Soon after the incident, the victim was shifted to Titilagarh Medical College and Hospital (MCH) for further treatment.

Investigation Begins

At Sindhekela police station, the Superintendent of Police opened a formal inquiry and ordered a thorough investigation. Officers began collecting statements from the rescuers and medical staff, and evidence from the hill site.
