In response to concerns raised by students and parents over technical glitches in the CBSE post-result services portal, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is engaging experts from premier institutions to enhance system performance. Professors and technical specialists from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras and IIT Kanpur have been tasked with assisting CBSE in ensuring a smooth and glitch-free re-evaluation process.

The IIT teams will conduct a comprehensive review of the portal, focusing on system stability, server performance, and the overall robustness of the IT infrastructure. Their mandate includes examining critical components such as login authentication, user access management, and payment gateway operations, and implementing corrective measures wherever necessary.

Officials emphasized that student interests remain the top priority, and all technological improvements will be aimed at creating a transparent, efficient, and user-friendly system. The collaboration is expected to strengthen CBSE’s digital infrastructure, minimize technical disruptions, and ensure that students can access post-examination services without delays or errors.
