Just a day after a tense confrontation with paparazzi outside a hospital sparked chatter online, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan surprised many by turning the page with humour and warmth.

The actor, who had earlier expressed anger over photographers chasing him and shouting about his upcoming film during a sensitive moment, appeared completely at ease during a public event in Mumbai on Wednesday evening.

Paparazzi Say Sorry As Salman Arrives

Salman attended the celebration event of Raja Shivaji, where he shares screen space in a special appearance. As he arrived alongside actor-director Riteish Deshmukh, photographers gathered around him and immediately began apologising for the previous night’s chaos.

The superstar, instead of ignoring them, paused to understand what was happening. He even instructed his security staff not to stop one photographer who was trying to reach him.

Once Salman realised the paparazzi were apologising, he acknowledged them calmly, signalling that the issue was over.

Salman’s One-Liners Steal The Spotlight

The exchange soon took a comic turn. In one video doing the rounds online, photographers can be heard jokingly saying, “Aaj koi chillana mat re, Love u bhai (Don’t shout today)”.

Salman instantly replied, “Ha yeh jagah sahi hai (this place is right for that)”, drawing laughter from those standing nearby.

Moments later, as the photographers continued apologising, Salman playfully responded, “Zor se bolo, aawaz nahi aa rahi tum sabki (Say it louder, I can’t hear all of you properly).”

The witty remark left Riteish Deshmukh smiling as well.

The ‘Slippers’ Comment Gets Everyone Laughing

Salman also took a playful dig at the photographers by asking why they had not uploaded the footage of them running around in slippers during the hospital commotion. The unexpected comment lightened the atmosphere further, with the paparazzi once again admitting they had made a mistake.

Why Salman Was Upset Outside The Hospital

Speaking about the reason behind his anger the previous night, Salman Khan revealed there was an emotional situation unfolding during the hospital visit. Explaining the circumstances, he said, “Inki wife bahut beemar thi… (Someone’s wife was not well)”. The actor shared that the wife of a person close to him was seriously ill, which is why he was disturbed by the crowd and noise around him at the time.
